​​Retreat Details   

We are so excited that you are joining us for our Come Away Women’s Retreat!

Here are some details as we prepare for this special weekend together.

​

📍 Location: 1536 West Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, AL

​

💵 Cost:

If you have not yet paid the $120 retreat fee per person, you can do so by clicking the provided link or by writing a check to Charity Chapel.

🚐 Travel Details
We will be carpooling from the church on April 10 at 3:00 PM. We encourage everyone to ride in the vans as much as possible so we can limit the number of cars at the Airbnb.

​

🍽️ Meals
All meals and drinks will be provided throughout the weekend.

​​

🧳 What to Bring

  • Comfy, relaxed clothes

  • Swimsuit 

  • Beach towel

  • Flip flops or walking shoes

  • Your Bible and a pen

​

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements
We have a variety of beds available, including queens, twins, and a few bunk beds. We will do our best to accommodate everyone. If you have a specific roommate request or preferences, please let us know ahead of time.

​

💛 What to Expect
The schedule will include a mixture of relaxing, free time, and both small and large group sharing. Several ladies from our church will be sharing and bringing encouraging words. It will be a meaningful time of connecting through our stories, experiencing healing prayer and worship, and enjoying lots of laughter together.

📵 Unplug & Be Present
We strongly encourage everyone to unplug from electronics to fully take advantage of this short weekend and avoid distractions from connecting with one another.

Schedule Highlights

Day 1: FRIDAY, APRIL 10TH | 4PM 

Arrival, Welcome snack, Free time, Dinner, Worship and group session.

Day 2: SATURDAY, APRIL 11TH

Individual devotion, Breakfast, Themed sessions (Mothers, Marriage, Singles), Lunch, Free time, coffee session, Dinner, Night session. 

 

Day 3:  SUNDAY, APRIL 12TH | 11AM

Individual devotion, Breakfast, Closing sessions.

Liability Waiver & Participant Agreement

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in the Women's Retreat, Connect 2026 involves various activities, which may include [pool, beach, games, e.g., , hiking, shared meals, workshops]. I recognize that these activities carry inherent risks, including personal injury or property damage. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the organizers.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless Charity Chapel, its officers, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation, including any injury or damage resulting from the negligence of the releasees.

3. Medical Acknowledgment & Consent

I certify that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the retreat staff to secure necessary treatment, including hospitalization or anesthesia, at my personal expense.

4. Media Release

I grant Charity Chapel permission to use photographs or video recordings taken of me during the retreat for promotional and marketing purposes (website, social media, brochures) without compensation.

5. Code of Conduct

I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the retreat leaders. I understand that the organizers reserve the right to dismiss any participant who behaves in a way that is disruptive or dangerous to others.
