Ryan, Chris and Cassy moved to Scotland in June 2004, to be a part of the team at Overtoun House. Currently, the Haneys provide a weekly Christian children’s outreach, Kinrick Kids, which meets in local primary schools and as an Overtoun Outreach. They also are involved in Overtoun ministries, Overtoun House Tea Room and at His Family Church in several ministries. Overtoun House will also provide short term housing for women in crisis, counseling and life training.

The Wood's

Dirk Wood

Dirk and Elizabeth began missionary work in 1985. In 1987, Dirk founded Arise & Shine Evangelistic Association (ASEA) in the Philippines. ASEA Philippines continues to be an active and growing mission. In 1993, ASEA expanded to London, England. An old pub was purchased, renovated and renamed, “The London Outreach Center.” This building provides a base of operation for ASEA ministries, with the primary goal being evangelistic outreach to the greater London area. In 2002, the Wood Family launched out to establish an ASEA base in Cape Town, South Africa. Great things are happening in evangelism, Bible training and church planting. ASEA has a goal to preach the Good News of Jesus Christ around the world! Several other missionary families are part of this ASEA vision as well.

The Li's

Stuart and Eugenia have been working under Globe International since 2016. They started the first Christian school in Jinotega in the mountains of Nicaragua called Jinotega Christian Academy. The vision of the school is to build up Christian leaders for Nicaragua with a focus on academic excellence. Please pray for their work in Nicaragua as they share the story of Jesus to children in Nicaragua.

The Hill's

Bob & Melissa Hill

Bob and Melissa are high school sweethearts from Texas. Melissa graduated from UT Arlington. After Bob graduated from Bible College in Pensacola, Florida, they moved to Japan in 1985 with their three young children. In 1995 Bob and Melissa and their boy/girl thirteen-year-old twins moved to Scotland, leaving their eldest daughter in university in the States. In Scotland, they lead a church, His Family Church, in the local community, and have renovated an 1800s baronial mansion, Overtoun House, located in the west of Scotland, as a safe house for women offering them hope and counseling and life skills training. The team in Overtoun House work together in/for the community as well as help with the Overtoun House Tea Room and other projects.

Jessica Tomlinson

Jessica Tomlinson

Jessica Tomlinson is 27 years old and has been serving as a missionary in Scotland for four years. She serves with Bob and Melissa Hill (22 years in Scotland) and Ryan, Chris, Cassy Haney (14 years in Scotland). They all live at Overtoun House. Overtoun House is a refuge for women in crisis, where they can receive hope, healing, and restoration!

Jessica desires to reach out to the women and children of Scotland and together discover the calling that God has placed on their lives, to find who they are in Him and to set them in motion to walk in all that God has for them. She wants to reach out and love the people of Scotland, whether this is through meeting with the ladies of the church individually or by having a group meeting where they discuss God’s word by reading specific books and talking about how they can apply His word to their everyday life!
