I profess that I am a Christian having repented of my sins and having put my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, believing that He died for my sins, rose again from the dead, and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father.
I have publicly declared my faith and the Lordship of Jesus Christ through water baptism.
I am in agreement with the Tenets of Faith of Charity Chapel as printed.
I have read and understand the By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation.
I am in agreement with the scriptures that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are available to the church and that the Baptism in the Holy Spirit and its results are a valid, Biblical experience for today.
I submit myself to the congregation and leadership of Charity Chapel and desire spiritual oversight and fellowship that I may grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
I purpose to be a faithful member in this local church and will honor God in my worship, my giving, my living, my sharing and my life.
I understand that if I willfully choose to not live by Biblical moral standards that I am forfeiting my membership at Charity Chapel.
