ROOM ARRANGEMENT

Please return items to designated places.
Rooms will not be rearranged.
We request permission to move furniture and spaces.

CLEAN-UP

Note: Trash should be put into garbage cans and be taken to the dumpster immediately after the event. This is whether you hire our custodial crew or not.
We will clean up after our event (NOTE: This will include vacuuming, mopping if needed, spot-cleaning the glass doors, checking bathrooms, cleaning the kitchen if used, and resetting the room.)
We would like to hire Charity Chapel's custodial crew ($100).

DECORATIONS

Note: If decorations will be put up, make sure to take them down when the event is over. Please do not put anything on the walls that could damage them. If you need to come the day before to decorate, keep that in mind when requesting dates.

Agreement


The person/organization requesting the use of Church facilities absolves the church, its pastors, leadership, and members of any liability for personal injury to any individual resulting from the use of the church facilities and agrees to be responsible for any property damage that results during the use of the facilities. 


Please report any damage to the church office promptly. The group or individual using the facility is responsible for setting up, cleaning up, and returning to the facility's normal setup.
