There is no fee to use this building. However, your donations are highly appreciated! They can be made online at www.charitychapel.org/partner-with-us or by cash/check to Charity Chapel in the mail.

Agreement

The person/organization requesting the use of Church facilities absolves the church, its pastors, leadership, and members of any liability for personal injury to any individual resulting from the use of the church facilities and agrees to be responsible for any property damage that results during the use of the facilities.

Please report any damage to the church office promptly. The group or individual using the facility is responsible for setting up, cleaning up, and returning to the facility's normal setup.

By checking these boxes, you agree to do the following:

If there are any stains or damages that occur before, during or after the event, notify the office or one of our staff.

Before leaving, all doors should be locked and lights off.

Before leaving, set thermostat to 80/65. Do not turn it off.

Return the key as soon as the event concludes.
